Copperhead Properties LLC is a sponsor of private real estate funds. Our investors are primarily taxable, high net worth individuals who take a focused, long term approach to building wealth and recognize the value of owning a diversified portfolio of stocks, bonds and real property.
Our first fund, Copperhead Properties Fund I, was launched in August 2009 with the goal of acquiring 40 – 90 distressed real estate properties in Northern California. We are buying bank owned, foreclosed or otherwise distressed residential properties at below fair market value, renovating and then leasing them. We will add value through renovation and terrific property management, generating a positive net cash flow while we wait for real estate markets to rebound. Our strategy calls for an average holding period of 5 – 7 years.
